Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of kocos.ge and the placing of orders on it. By confirming an order you agree to the conditions described below.

Who we are

kocos.ge is the online shop of KOCOS — original Korean cosmetics. Contact: info@kocos.ge, +995 551 16 13 71.

Placing an order

• You can order with or without an account.
• An order is confirmed once payment is complete. Before that it is only a request.
• After confirmation you receive an email and an SMS.
• We may cancel an order if the product is no longer in stock, the price was shown with an obvious technical error, or the order appears fraudulent. In that case you are refunded in full and we contact you.

Prices

• All prices are in GEL and include VAT.
• We may change prices, but this never affects an order already confirmed.
• Discounts apply for the stated period or while stock lasts.

Payment

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are completed on the bank's secure page — card details never reach us.

Delivery

Delivery times, zones and charges are described on the "Delivery & Payment" page. Stated times are counted in business days and may change for reasons outside our control (weather, holidays, courier load).

Returns and exchanges

The full return and exchange conditions are on the "Returns" section. Please note that products with hygienic properties cannot be returned once opened, unless the item is damaged or does not match the order.

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it quickly.

Gift cards

• A voucher is activated once payment is confirmed, and the code is sent to the recipient.
• It is used at checkout by entering the code; the balance may be spread over several orders.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

About the products

We sell genuine products only. Packaging and design may differ from the photo if the manufacturer has updated it. Read the ingredients before using a cosmetic product; if a reaction occurs, stop using it and consult a doctor. Information on the site does not replace professional advice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If you suspect someone else has gained access to your account, change the password immediately and tell us.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs and design on this site belong to KOCOS or to the respective brands. Commercial use without our written consent is not permitted.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Changes take effect when published; the version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
