This document explains what personal data we collect on kocos.ge, why we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

kocos.ge is operated by KOCOS, a shop selling original Korean cosmetics in Georgia. For any question about personal data, write to info@kocos.ge.

What we collect

• Contact details — first and last name, email address, phone number.
• Delivery details — city, address, and any note for the courier.
• Order details — the products bought, the amount, the payment method and the order status.
• Account details — if you register: your password (stored hashed, unreadable even to us), saved addresses and order history.
• Technical data — browser, device, approximate location and how the site is used.

Why we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order;
• To contact you about the status of your order (email and SMS);
• For accounting and to meet obligations required by law;
• To improve our service and the site;
• Only with your consent — to send news and offers.

Payment data

Card details never reach us and are never stored here. Payment is completed entirely on the bank's secure page. We receive only a confirmation of whether the payment succeeded.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the partners without whom an order cannot be fulfilled:

• The courier service — name, phone and address, for delivery only;
• The bank — to process the payment;
• Our accounting system — to record the order;
• Messaging providers — to send email and SMS.

We also disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for the period required by law for accounting. Account data is kept while the account exists — on request we delete it, except for anything we are legally obliged to retain.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to remember your cart, your sign-in and your language, and to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the cart and signing in may then stop working.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, passwords are stored hashed, and administrative access is restricted by role. Even so, no service can guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

Your rights

• Ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong;
• Ask us to delete your data or your whole account;
• Opt out of marketing messages at any time — through the link at the bottom of any such email, or by writing to us.

This policy may be updated. Changes take effect when published on the site, so please look at this page from time to time.
